The web-based environment guarantees the most up-to-date citations and eliminates tedious efforts of maintaining hard-copies.

• SBA Regulation Index:  QuickRef contains a full index of all rules and citations in the order they appear in the hardcopy volumes enabling users to go directly to the regulation in question when the citation address is known.
• Cross Referenced Citations:  The module is completely cross-referenced between CFR and SOP and for quick and efficient navigation to similar citations and/or updated notices.
• Full Citation Address:  Each Citation list the full address including, volume, section, subsections, and title.
• Update Tags. Flag identifying how, when, and why citation was updated.
• Historical Archive. The history section provides access to previous versions of citation.
